Etlan IPA

My naming process for beer is sometimes the hardest part.  Wether it’s from a movie, or a pun on the style or some of the ingredients, it sometimes can take weeks to think of.  Sometimes I just get lucky and I wake up in the middle of the night with a perfect name.  For our latest IPA I went pretty simple.  Named after the town where our beloved brewery (and winery) is located, Etlan IPA is a well balanced, smooth drinking IPA.  Hopped with nugget and chinook, and predominantly 2-row, Etlan IPA isn’t too hoppy, and not too malty.  Perfect for a summer day on the porch, or say, at the brewery overlooking the very landscape that it is named for.
