Saison ABV — 6.3% | 21 IBU

Have you been to the Purple Peacock? It's a warm inviting place where we serve Purple Peacock Saison. It's an earthy, slightly spicy beer made with pilsner and wheat malts with a side of crystal malt to add some sweetness. The green bullet hops lend an earthy, floral aroma to complement the black pepper and coriander added after fermentation. Purple Peacock is a bird of a different color, one that is easy to enjoy in the winter months.

India Pale Ale ABV — 5.8% | 52 IBU

This easy drinking IPA has just the right amount of bitterness. The grain bill is simple pale malt with a little bit of crystal malt to balance the hops and give it a beautiful golden color. It is hopped mainly with NUgget and Chinook hops to give it that resinous west coast flavor, while a bit of magnum and simcoe give it a nice finish. At 5.8% this is a beer that will hit that relaxing sweet spot and leave you wanting more than one.

Brown Ale ABV — 5.8% | 36 IBU

Zach’s Brown Ale is a delicious, malty brown ale made withe a 2-row base, Belgian biscuit, crystal alt, black pat and special B malts. Willamette hops are used to give it a wonderfully balanced taste and lovely finish. This beer was named in Honor of a young father who lost his battle with addiction earlier this year.

Hefeweizen ABV — 5.0% | 9 IBU

Our Counter Clock Weiz Hefeweizen is triple hopped with Magnum, Mt. Hood and Hallertau Mittelfruh for a balanced flavor of banana, cloves and subtle spice. We also used a touch of Munich malt to round out this new brew. The cloudiness and body are perfect for flavorful and easy drinking. For a real treat have a Radler! Take our tasty, German Hefeweizen and combine it with tart and tangy sparkling Italian lemon or grapefruit soda.

Kolsch ABV — 4.6% | 26 IBU

Our Kolsch is a refreshing brew crafted with pilsner malt, giving it a light crisp taste. We hop this beer with Magbum and Tettnang hops, imparting a refreshing flavor. The German yeast complements the subtle maltiness with just the right touch of bitterness, staying true to the Kolsch style. It’s very easy drinking, perfect to kick back and Kolsch!

Märzen ABV — 5.5% | 21 IBU

This October, don’t finish the month without having at least one good Oktoberfest brew. That’s what you have here, a great example of the Oktoberfest style with all the malty, Märzen stickiness and a beautiful burnt orange color perfect for fall. This was lagered for three long months waiting for its debut. It won’t be easy to have just one, but you should definitely start there.
