Counter Clockweiz Hefeweizen

So, you all liked the Counter Clockweis Hefeweizen so much, I had to brew some more.  This time I decided to keep the same ingredients but changed up the brewing process just a bit.  Hefe’s can vary greatly on clarity and I thought last time it was a bit too lite, so I mashed a little warmer and the result was a much hazier and flavorful beer.  Still has the same hops (magnum and hallertau) and wheat pilsner and munich malts.  I think it’s a better example of a classic hefe.  Enjoy!
